ORGANISING VIEWINGS (WE DO NOT ATTEND THE VIEWINGS AS WE KNOW IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO MEET PROSPECTIVE TENANTS AS YOU WILL NEED TO SEE IF THEY ARE SUITABLE TO YOUR OWN REQUIREMENTS).
FULLY REFERENCE THE PROSPECTIVE TENANTS INCL. CREDIT CHECK (This cost is born to the tenant).

ORGANISING VIEWINGS and ATTEND UNLIMITED VIEWINGS UNTIL PROPERTY IS LET.
FULLY REFERENCE THE PROSPECTIVE TENANTS (This cost is born to the tenant).
ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT (normally £25 on it's own)
FREE ADVISE ON HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS....there are still safety certificates that need to be in place before a tenant can move in.

BOLT ON'S:
Don't need the full package? Any of these can be bought individually.....
VIEWINGS - We will carry out viewings on your behalf and hold keys for your property at a cost of £25 per 2 viewings. (If you are away or at work then this option may be for you as to not miss waiting tenants that want to view asap.)
ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT (This will be a tailored agreement to you)
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS (you may be going away for a few weeks or so and need someone just to check over the property and report back to you if there are any problems, etc)
REFERENCES ONLY - £35 per person (this includes full and completed credit check, employment check, previous landlord and personal character reference.) - This cost is usually born to the tenant.
GAS SAFE CERTIFICATE - £60 (This is something you must have in place by law before a tenant moves in)
INVENTORY FOR ROOM - £30 per room and £50 per communal area. This is invaluable if you are renting the room furnished but also very handy for when you come to the end of the tenancy and you are looking to return the deposit.
